    What works for me is sticking it on the fridge and declaring to people around you so they support you.

    I agree with the above! I’ve only put my down in a vague text message to you. I should make a “hardcopy” with goals/steps I can tick or cross off as I move forward. I’ve already lost some weight so am at least on a good start…
